Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns for reasons other than defects are not possible. Return Policy:

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-personalized item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns:
  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact (if applicable).
  2. The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
  3. The original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Please note that personalized items are exempt from our return policy.  Due to the unique nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Personalized Items:

If you receive a personalized item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return for a non-personalized item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service department within 15 days of receiving the item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any included accessories or documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
